Due to global demand created by the COVID-19 Virus, orders for infection control products (masks, gloves, gowns, disinfectants, sanitizers, and other PPE) are subject to backorder status, potential warehouse allocation, and possible order cancellation by the manufacturer. We continue to work closely with supply chain partners to assess and communicate the availability of these products. At this time, some manufacturers may not allow orders processed for our customers to be cancelled or returned once product is made available and shipped.
We are committed to work with you to seek alternate solutions as they may be available. We will continue to provide updates on product availability, changes to anticipated product shipments, and possible cancellation by the manufacturer as we receive notice.
Important Note: If you anticipate closing your offices due to COVID-19 related issues, or for other business reasons, please provide a 72 hour notice if possible, so we may request adjustment of your product delivery to avoid undeliverable orders. This will help avoid any potential related fees which may be assessed for return transportation charges, or restocking fees.
